The Work Training Center

The Imperial County Work Training Center (WTC) is a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities, seniors, and others facing significant barriers for almost 50 years. As a community-based organization (CBO) and non-governmental organization (NGO), WTC plays a vital role in the local service network, fostering deep and lasting connections not only within the community but also with numerous partnering agencies. These collaborative relationships are essential in ensuring comprehensive and effective support for the individuals we serve.

Over the years, WTC has grown and evolved, guided by a team of compassionate, skilled, and deeply committed professionals. This maturity and success are a direct result of the unwavering dedication of our staff—particularly our management team, which brings together more than six decades of collective experience and service to both WTC and the broader Imperial County community. Their leadership has been instrumental in building a resilient, responsive, and mission-driven organization that continues to thrive and adapt to the changing needs of the population it serves.
